Ageless Medical Spa Consultation Fee 

 

A consultation fee will be charged and payment expected at the time of your appointment.

The consultation fee will be applied to your first service as long as the service is done within 90 days of your initial consultation.  You will not be credited for any unused portion of this fee. For example, if you were charged a consultation fee of $100 but then receive a service for only $75 you will not have a credit of $25 remaining.

Consultations for existing clients will also be subject to this consultation fee policy.

Cancellation/Reschedule

Ageless Medical Spa respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment to best serve all of our clients. All new and current clients are required to keep a credit card on file. All card information is stored securely using bank-grade encryption. You are required to provide a valid credit card even if you will be paying with cash.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please feel free to send a text to cancel 603-459-9476. The office will contact you to reschedule your appointment the next business day.

If you miss, cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a tiered amount based upon the appointment.

• 30-minute or less appointment time - $75.00

• 31-60-minute appointment time - $150.00

• Over 61-minute appointment time - $200.00

We are also requiring a deposit of $200.00 at the time of scheduling for micro-needling, IPL, laser treatments or any other appointments we block for an hour of time. The deposit will be refunded if your appointment is cancelled with at least a 48-hour notice.
